These Terms & Conditions apply to all advertisers, contributors, and individuals requesting magazine services. By placing advertisements, submitting content, or working with The Connection SF Magazine, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Advertising Placement & Approval

• All advertising submissions are subject to approval.

• We reserve the right to reject or modify any advertisement that is inappropriate, misleading, unethical, or inconsistent with our publication standards.

• Placement requests will be considered but are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in writing.

 

Ad Content & Accuracy

• Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate information, images, logos, and text.

• We are not liable for errors within advertiser-provided materials.

• If we design the ad, final approval must be given before publishing.

Deadlines

• All ad submissions, artwork, and changes must be provided by the specified deadline.

• Late submissions may result in exclusion from the issue without refund.

Payments & Billing

• Advertising payment is due prior to print unless special arrangements are made.

• Ads will not be printed without payment.

• All payments are final and non-refundable once production begins.

• Multi-issue packages must be paid according to the agreed-upon terms.

Ad Design Services

• Ad design may be provided at no additional cost upon request.

• Minor text/color edits are included.

Redesigns, revisions, or new versions beyond minor edits may incur additional charges.

 

Distribution

• We distribute across South Florida at groceries, shuls, and homes.

• Distribution numbers (ex: 10,000 copies) are accurate to the best of our ability but may vary due to printing, shipping, or logistical changes.

• Advertisers understand that distribution reach and locations cannot be guaranteed.

Copies for Advertisers

• Advertisers may request copies of the issue where their ad appears.

• Delivery or pickup options may be arranged depending on location and availability.

Content Ownership & Copyright

The Connection SF Magazine reserves all copyrights on its content, including articles, photographs, illustrations, and materials. Reproduction in whole or part, in any form, requires prior written permission. Information presented, including articles and advertisements, is for informational purposes only. The Connection SF Magazine disclaims responsibility for accuracy, completeness, and liability. Readers should conduct independent research before making decisions. Listed prices reflect those at printing time, and the magazine assumes no liability for typographical errors or responsibility for product quality, price fluctuations, or availability.

Editorial Integrity

• The Connection SF Magazine maintains full editorial independence.

• Advertising does not influence editorial content, layout, or decisions.

Digital Use of Ads

We may display your ad on digital platforms (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) unless you request otherwise.

 

Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

• Misprints caused by client-provided materials

• Business loss or lack of response from an advertisement

• Claims made in ads submitted by advertisers

All responsibility for claims, reviews, or promises made in an advertisement lies solely with the advertiser.

Future Issue Changes

• Prices, ad sizes, print volume, delivery areas, and production schedules are subject to change.

• Changes will not affect any agreement already paid and confirmed.

Cancelations

• Cancelation must be submitted before the production deadline.

• After production begins, there are no refunds.

By submitting an ad or contacting us, you agree to receive communication related to:

• Billing

• Artwork confirmation

• Distribution updates

• Future advertising offers

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
